Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery destination, package weight, and dimensions. Oversized or overweight shipments may incur additional charges.
Orders are processed and credit cards are charged within 2 business days of receiving your order. While we make every effort to ship orders placed during business hours on the same day, this is not guaranteed and excludes weekends and holidays.
Applicable California state sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within California.
All wine shipments require an adult signature (21 years or older) at delivery.
By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that both the purchaser and the recipient are at least 21 years of age, as required by law.
Delivery carriers may attempt delivery multiple times. Failed delivery attempts due to the absence of an eligible adult may result in additional fees, delays, or return shipping charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that detailed point-to-point or in-transit tracking information may not always be available depending on the carrier.
Local pickup is available for customers near our location. Please select the pickup option at checkout and include any relevant details. We will notify you when your order is ready. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required at pickup.
All sales are final, except in cases where an order is received in damaged condition.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us directly within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a claim or replacement, when applicable. Retain all original packaging and materials, as they may be required for insurance or carrier claims.
We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by carriers once an order has been accepted for shipment, except where required by law.
